iProcess Mobile Application now part of Credit Card Processing Service
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
PRLog (Press Release) - Dec 03, 2012 -
Steve Schwimmer, Business Development Director for Renaissance Merchant Services announces a new technology offering for credit card processing clients. iProcess™ is a mobile payment processing solution that provides flexibility and convenience to accept credit card payments anywhere is now offered by Renaissance Merchant Services. “Time and opportunity are precious commodities for businesses. This mobile application helps companies of all sizes take advantage of business transactions wherever they may happen to be. This is a great way to develop additional areas of commerce or better serve businesses on the go,” explained Schwimmer.
The iProcess app is applicable with Apple™ and Android™ devices. “Having a wireless processing solution that is part of a hand-held device performing many functions is a huge bonus to companies looking to expand credit card processing,” stated Schwimmer. Using iProcess eliminates the need for processing terminals. All the functions found in the terminal are also part of the mobile app such as providing a signature and a transaction history log, but with additional benefits of providing an emailed receipt and a Geotag location on the receipt. iProcess works wherever your Smartphone works.
During Superstorm Sandy, iProcess became an important business solution for companies who had lost power and other services necessary to utilize credit card processing. “Working closely with my customers in the aftermath of this storm I was able to offer iProcess as an answer to business continuity because it worked over a network,” he said. Renaissance Merchant Services waived processing fees with this product for its customers after the storm hit and during the month of November to help clients get back on their feet. “Customers were very appreciative of the service and as a result have really embraced the app.”
